Job Description:
We’re seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals ready to elevate their careers. As a remote Medicare agent, you’ll assist clients in reviewing and enrolling in Medicare Advantage Plans, Prescription Drug Plans, and ancillary health options like Dental and Vision.
No Cold Calling. No Outbound Dialing. All leads are warm, incoming calls!
What We’re Looking for in an Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in customer service or call centers
- Strong dedication and self-motivation
- Medicare knowledge is a plus (but not required—we provide comprehensive training!)
- A professional, positive demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use and technology tools
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions in life and health insurance.
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and maintain relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about Medicare and health insurance regulations to provide accurate information.
- Document sales activities and maintain records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
