You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to act on behalf of someone eligible for Medicare to use our services.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from PrimeCare Benefits Group. These may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Coverage check-ins and benefit updates
  • Service alerts and follow-ups

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.  You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” For help, reply “HELP.”

We comply with A2P 10DLC regulations and ensure all messaging is permission-based, secure, and relevant to your Medicare needs.

If you receive a letter instructing you to schedule an appointment, please do so on or after October 15th but before October 28th by texting (570)682-5893. If you do not have texting capabilities, call us directly at (570)485-2586.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell your data and only share it with licensed advisors or service providers as needed to fulfill your request.
